I think the people who want to be sean would get excited and possibly a little out of hand......like me. And the people who want it to be Jef, for example would most likely dispute it saying RS is unreliable and other sources say its Jef. Everyone will just believe what they want to untill the finale airs.

Yep, everyone would believe what they want!
But I don't know of anyone who would be mad about it. Sean is as close to perfect of a guy as anyone could ever ask for!

We'll see if they actually show the HOT kiss in prague (I actually suspect they might snip it apart ) and gauge where tptb are going with the edit -- if emily really managed to wrangle that amount of control of her own image she's def way more feisty/determined than I ever gave her credit for (in a good way)

The only reason I could imagine them not showing the kiss is if there's trouble in paradise at some point before the AFTR (kind of the way the edit in Ben's season was adjusted while he and Courtney were on the outs). If she and Jef are happy in real life, there's no reason anything on the show should affect that, or should make them go from being happy to unhappy. That said, I don't have much concern that they'll cut it. I mean, we've all seen the promos already, and it's already been preserved for posterity's sake.

And to answer your question, mom2brieandbray, the board would probably descend into chaos if RS spoiled Sean as F1. And I would cry, because I so don't want him to be F1. Not because I think he deserves "better" than Emily; I just think he needs "different" from her. We always get so wrapped up in questioning whose the right man for her, that we very rarely consider whether she's the right woman for the guys. And she just doesn't strike me as the right woman for him.

With all the real-time evidence it seems highly unlikely. However, I do choose to trust that Sean knows what he is going either way. I believe he has great instincts and though in the bachelor bubble would make some good decisions on his own. He seems to be an introspective young man and appeared to be doing a lot of thinking and observing himself while in the background.

Besides, if he did not run kicking and screaming from that tower while Emily sat there talking about the 6 kids that she wanted to get started on ....yesterday - he has way more %^%$ than most .

LOL. You could tell he was surprised by the 6 kids. I think he was also a little surprised that Emily wants more babies like yesterday. And I guess that's one of my concerns about her. I feel like she already has this life with Ricki, as well as her plan to have her next 4 to 6 kids immediately. I feel like she's looking for a guy to agree to and capitulate to what she wants, without any real input or decisionmaking of his own. Maybe I'll start feeling difficulty if I hear her start discussing "compromise" and "sacrifice" the way JP and Ashley did, but so far, all I'm hearing from her is "my way or the highway." And I'd prefer for Sean to be in a relationship where he gets to be an equal partner, not just a "yes" man.

It appears to me that Emily has a very one-sided perspective on all of this. Some of it is understandable given the format of the show but it is so unrealistic for a lasting relationship and certainly, marriage. So, I'm like many of you, I think Sean does look like the best match for Emily given her stated priorities around family and religion but I'm not certain she is the ideal match for him.

Sean openly states that he's selective which I interpret to mean that he has certain ideals of his own that he is looking for in a mate but also is patient and willing to wait for the right one. I hope that's the outcome he gets someday.

Saw this tweet from Sean today. He had a few yesterday, too, so it looks like he's free to Tweet again. This gal is very attractive and has a fun girly, healthy lifestyle website plus he mentions her religious leanings. Gosh, I sound like a matchmaker. Just realized she's the girl that had the accident with the plane.

Very well stated. Basing this on Sean saying that he hasn't dated much lately, I think that if he does not get the feeling that there is a real future with a woman, then he is not interested in dating just for the sake of dating. So, that seems to indicate that he is willing to wait for the right one.

On the other hand, that made him very vunerable to get caught up the "bachelor bubble", which means that he probably did fall really hard for Emily, because he did feel like he was the best match for her - having discussed their priorities around faith and family. However, once the guys are out of the bubble and start to watch the episodes, I am sure that they can see things more clearly. I must admit, though, that I am not looking forward to seeing them replay the "breakup" between Emily and Sean on the AFTR, where he has to sit there and relive it all over again. I am just a softie when it comes to that.

But I also agree that Emily is not the right woman for Sean. And he will realize that, if he hasn't done so already.
