Neither. It's Arie. It's all in what the PRODUCERS want to show you. He got to the final 2, at the least, so we know she must have been into him. They hid Emily and Brad's interactions quite a bit. I quickly realized that he SOUGHT her out and realized that all the spoilers were dead wrong.

True but the producers are showing more of her connection with Arie than with Sean... making me think that Sean is the default F2. :Frown:

I can't for the life of me wrap my head around Jef's style of clothing. It's so different from Emily's. They seem incredibly different. I just don't see the attraction to him. (I know, I think it's because I'm incredibly NOT attracted to him at all.) He is the shortest and smallest of the bunch and she discussed Sean's muscles ALOT. I don't know - I don't understand it.

I think Arie & Sean are more similarly dressed, as well as Ryan & Doug. If Jef is F1, I'm sure Emily will help him out in the wardrobe & style department. Lord knows I had to change my husband's a bit. But I can't say I ever thought she would date a guy that wore skinny jeans most of the time, converse, blue knee socks and such. It's almost the way a 21 year old guy would dress.....not 27. I didn't see any of the other guys wear skinny jeans.

I love how he dresses!! My 23 yr old dresses just like that (well, not Bermuda shorts, LOL!) Everyone has individual tastes!

When I first heard that Jef was the F1 according to sources here I thought maybe Sean wasn't her type physically or otherwise, but that doesn't really seem to be the case based on her words. I am not questioning the sources that confirm Jef, but it's pretty obvious we are missing something.

One thing I just don't get is how people keep saying Sean seems fake? I would understand that if his character contradicted itself which is the case for some of the men. For Sean, IMO, it couldn't be farther from the truth. I can understand him not being some people's type and therefore they don't care for him, like I feel about Jef, but I think calling him fake isn't fair. It's hard to really judge character on a show that is edited as much as this one can be. :soapbox

I'm with you - I question all sources. Sorry, but I have seen throughout the years, so many people that *know* who is the F1, they end up being wrong. The whole Chantal situation was crazy. So, while I wait and hope Sean is F1, I'm not fully believing that it's Jef as F1. Too many people have been wrong throughout the seasons. Smiley

I had hoped that Chantal wasn't F1 and she wasn't. I hoped Vienna was not F1 and well, crud, she was.

Sean is definitely a great catch. I think how religious he is (Hello? His dad is a preacher!) is a turn off to some people. I think they feel like they can't believe there are such great guys out there. I think Emily did get it right: based on morals and values, the final 3 are good for her.

Jef is the one that stands out (and I don't mean that in a negative or positive way!) amongst the other guys. He is smaller, dresses a bit different, thinks deeper and expresses himself very well. In a game of moving slow in a fast-paced dating show, that can be a real turn-on.

I also think Emily is a bit insecure about not working out. She told Doug on the 1-1 that "I don't work out, at all, ever." So maybe a muscular, fit guy turns her off a bit. She did date a couple football players IRL though. Brad was very muscular and worked out too. Maybe she wanted OPPOSITE of Brad this go 'round and well, Sean is from TX, muscular, very handsome, dresses a bit similar to Brad.
