If not Arie, I thought of Chris too......remember he did not surface for a while after elimination & there was talk about him returning after his sad elimination. Very strange with these interviews of people who have not been eliminated yet.

Fleiss, Cassie and others are tweeting which is new, as well. Social media cannot be ingored and if you want to stay in the game you have to go there. Interviewing the final 4 is not that different from Emily giving interviews; she is still on the show too! :fishing: We will not learn anything from them either.

Chris works for the Sears Sports Arena in Chicago so there could be a connection with the folks giving the interview. If it is him then I am sure they will re-hash the whole age issue and his fight with Doug.

ICA. I thought about this a lot yesterday. Social Media is here and to remain relevant you must go with the flow. Look how we are eating up the pictures of Arie, Jef, Michael, whomever comes up. I know I would not be nearly so interested in the show without 'seeing' them in the real world. IMO TPTB should be taking advantage of the social media network to raise awareness, speculation and interest. Instead of fighting against it, USE IT.... (however, from a site member POV, that would be bad for us - they could get sophisticated enough with it that we won't know what is a prop, red herring, misleading photo, etc...). They are possibly ignoring a huge demographic that uses the social network to assimilate knowledge and opinions.

I think they are taking full advantage of social media and doing a good job. They are allowing instagrams, texts and FB posting. Fleiss and producers are tweeting fans. It is making this season more enjoyable for many. yes

after sean... it was a matter of time with arie... plus being back on circuits (public)

looks like a new media strategy from producers this year: early interviews, twitter...

since they cannot control them, they use them and take the wheel to keep the direction of their choice............. feed the paparazzi and they will keep you in peace for a while (example here)
