I think it was a legal reason or lack thereof. They didn't have a case! Anyone can get information from wherever they choose and post it. I think the court chuckled at this one. Fleiss had an inside person who leaked info to RS. How can that be his fault? It happens in tabloids all the time. Most of their stuff is fake but they do get a nugget sometimes.

I think the fact that he doesn't have spoilers for this season but others do helped his case a lot. If I was his attorney, I would have hammered that point again and again, because I think it severely undermined MF's case.

I agree! Now that this legal stuff isn't hanging over his head he is going to start busting out info left and right. Especially since it was spoiled here first. He will want to confirm or deny ASAP. I'm Sure it's been killing him... Having to play it so safe
