I have and they are surprisingly easy even for a non-cooking, broke former student like myself.
Which ones did you try, umngirl?
Well I made the Kool-Aid cupcakes fro my little cousins, who loved them. But I've mainly been trying out her dinner recipes. I really liked the grilled fish tacos. I'd been trying to figure out the best fish to use so her recipe was what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed the skillet chicken spaghetti. I'm going to work of the courage to make some of the other desserts, but I need to get over my thoughts of being a horrible baker. I seem to only be able to not screw up cupcakes.

I think that's previously yes but has compromised. She became a bachelorette therefore she was open to all eventualities. Anyone who wants to bring up their children in the same faith as theirs as a family unit would not risk such an open forum for finding a life partner who will guide their children in the same faith. ( I know I wouldn't for this reason and plenty of others too lol.)
But assuming Jef is F1 and (I assume currently) he is non-religious, she has chosen someone who will not be with her in her faith of her child and any other children she may have. Obviously he could be religious and still practicing a different faith. Therefore for love she is willing to compromise. My feelings.
I agree with everything that you said. This is why I have had trouble wrapping my head around Emily choosing Jef. In my opinion I would have thought that her faith and how she plans to raise Ricki and any other children that she would have in the future would have made "faith" at the very top of her "list". I have seen it posted on another board by someone who lives in Utah that Jef is Mormon, but I don't know if he is a practicing Mormon. I have shied away from even bringing up the religious aspect, because that can be such a hot topic.
I know it is a sensitive topic. All I know is his family if Mormon and he is rumoured to be "half". Not sure what that means exactly. I'm guessing that Emily was not as firm with this aspect as I would have guessed seeing her choice. It remains to be seen what Emilys true intentions were for being the Bachelorette. Some previous leads have said one thing but then ended up with something completely different. Which I think is the key to all this.

Also , if Sean is so religious, I don't think he would really want to marry someone with a child. I'm surprised they showed the part of him talking about faith on the show though, they never ever talk about it.

What???
Being a christian and 'not wanting to marry someone with a child' have nothing to do with each other.
Sean is a very compassionate man.
He said it himself, if they got married, he would love to be Ricki's dad.

Even though I have no reason to doubt that Jef if her F1, I can see many hurdles ahead for them - if he and Emily were to get married. It would make more sense to me for Emily to take a LOT of time to really get to know Jef and see just how well their lives would mesh together. I might also be wrong about this, but based on that scene where Emily's mother brought her breakfast in bed, and Ricki refused to come sit in the bed with her, I foresee a HUGE adjustment period for Ricki learning to share her mother with someone else. I doubt that that was much of a problem with Brad, as short lived as that relationship was.
Ricki has been the center of Emily's life for 6 years now, and that is a fact. Emily wants these guys to immediately embrace Ricki into their lives, but that is a two way street. I am not saying that it can't happen. I am saying that it might not be as easy as Emily might think, especially if it requires Emily to relocate to Utah and leave behind all of Ricki's friends and family. Like I said, there are a lot of hurdles ahead, with religion being just one of them.
I am afraid that Sean is going to be the guy that possesses all the key qualities Emily might write down on paper, but he is being overshadowed by Jef (and Arie as well). I actually think that she ends up picking Jef BECAUSE he is so different from any guy that she has ever been attracted to. And from what I have read, both Arie and Jef got 1-on-1 dates in Prague, while Sean got a group date. That just tells me that Arie was supposed to be in the F2, but something happened to change that. That makes me very sad for Sean, and I am not sure that I will be able to watch him get his heart broken.

I will also feel sad for Sean when we watch the FRC but IRL, it appears that he is moving on.
He has a very supportive family.
He has a faith community who will be proud of him.
He will have umpteen opportunities to find love since women will be pounding his door down.
I hope he doesn't go on Bachelor Pad or The Bachelor.
IMO, He will do just fine like Chris Lambton did, outside of the Bachelor Bubble.
PLUS, he will have had a great FREE vacation to look back on. London, Bermuda, Croatia, Prague, Curacao... how many here have had that drop into their laps recently?!! :cutesmile!:

Me too! One of my favorite moments last episode was when he said: ''..she might call me Sean, she can call me whatever she wants, but she would be my daughter'' Wonderful, wonderful man

Just to prove that Sean really is that great a guy, here's Tonys opinion :
Tony:
Q. Do you have any opinions on the best guy for her?
A. Tony: I might have a little bit of an opinion. He was the guy who was my best buddy in the house and I grew really close to him and that's Sean. As far as Sean's morals and values, I think he's a fantastic guy. Yeah, I think they'd be a great couple!
He certainly seems to be a great friend on this show.

Wow, I never even would have known that Sean and Tony became so close. What Tony said was really sweet, though. So far, we know he and Tony were close, he and Michael have spent time together IRL, and every time we see him in the deleted scenes (Stevie's dancing, limbo, and the muscle measuring) he's so gregarious and seems to get along so well with the other guys. He's awesome.

I think Seam has so far proven that all by himself with the way he acts and presents himself. JMO :)
