Guys don't have a problem getting physical with girls even if they know that girl is not the one. Most girls connect physical with emotional bonding. Thats why the F1 for the Bachettes is usually the one that she gets the most physical with. Ben has a long way to go in that dept but there's still time. It's usually very obvious at fantasy date.

Could they be showing JP's comments about being so confident and how strongly he feels for Ashley's sake? So that now when she watches it, she knows he was really there for her and really does care about her?

Not sure, but I think they are lining up a really nice story for JP, regardless of if he's F1 or next Bachelor.

I have a feeling Ashley will be rescued again by JP in what appears to be another Bentley showdown in epi 6....

I think so too, so if Ben is F1, it really won't make any sense why the wrong guy is constantly rescuing her from 'the evil,' but since when does this show care about making any sense?

ITA! I also think the edit and chemistry between JP and Ashley makes him the clear frontrunner to spoiled and unspoiled viewers at this point. She isn't over Bentley according to the story board, but people want her to wind up with a guy that actually cares about her and is there for the right reasons.

As far as I am concerned, None of the former bachelorettes know who Ashley chose. Ashley will be too scared of TPTB to divulge this information. I wonder if her parents know for that matter.

We have seen from the past that the ONLY spoilers that come out are the stories TPTB want to get out. They have a tight lid on things this Fleiss. So, if there are rumoured F1 being brandied as spoilers, we should know that these are the names TPTB passed on to different people. Better conflicting names to keep the interest up without giving the end away. The end is the prize and Fleiss will never part with it. That is the apex of the show and even he will not spoil that so early in the show.

Having said all that, it will be good to see how many sightings we find of the contestants and when they started tweeting/facebook etc. Maybe Ames being on PB2 is a story to explain his absence as he is in hiding. I do not think Ames is his own boss so can disappear for another few months. The age of the internet allows people to work from anywhere but that helps when you are your own boss which I do not think Ames is. My feeling is he is with an Asset management firm or Corporate Finance which allows him to schedule client visits all over the world but not to disappear for too long without the risk of losing his job.

I disagree with Ashley S about Ben F's appearance, but it is pretty obvious she will wind up with JP. The Bentley junk overshadows the entire season, but TPTB wanted it that way.

I'm still not convinced Love Me and not ready to call JP the F1 yet. We still have several weeks to go and things can change...I bet Ben's date next week will take things to a new level and it doesn't look like we get much JP time from the previews.

Totally JMO but...Can they? It's already episode 5. I am sure Ashley and Ben's date will be awesome... much like we saw Brad and Chantal's and every other F2 that has come out of this show. If it was Ben as F1 he would be competing with the Bentley crap but he isn't. He has been on 3 group dates with Ashley now and we have seen 1 of their interactions. This is what people said about Reid... slow start...strong finish... hiding a connection. Look for the person that has stolen the show all along. Looking back, they don't really hide F1's as much as we sometimes think they do.

Chantal's connection with Brad was undeniable last season. But in retrospect it was basically the "Emily Maynard" show.

Noob, you make so much sense, I'm not totally convinced though that it's JP, he was overly confident last night and that's usually a death knell; Ben F was up front and out there the first night with his bottle of wine and two glasses. JP just seems way too obvious to me, the only problem I have is that I'm not sure whether my vision has been clouded by RS stating that JP is F1.

That's what I thought about Roberto and about Emily too. In recent seasons, they have been making it very obvious. i think there is a possibility that they are doing it again this season to try to make some sense after all of the Bentley non-sense.

I think most people saw the physical chemistry with Chantal, not Emily. Brad hardly touched her for half the season!
And Roberto...some, but not to this extent. There were others (Frank & Chris) that caused some pause.
